In terms of car trade-in, Chengdu encourages consumers to replace traditional fuel vehicles with new energy vehicles. Individuals and units that scrap fuel vehicles with National IV and below emission standards and purchase new energy vehicles will be charged according to the size of the scrapped models. Replacement incentives of 8,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan will be given correspondingly; if you purchase a new energy vehicle before June 30 this year, you can also add an additional 5,000 yuan reward.
In the fields of transportation and agriculture, Chengdu will promote the full electrification of public vehicles, accelerate the demonstration and application of hydrogen energy, promote the improvement of equipment in the aviation field, and support the upgrading of old agricultural machinery. In the industrial field, Chengdu will strive to promote equipment updates and technological transformation in key industries, intelligent transformation and digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, and promote accurate docking of equipment supply and demand.
