2. Implementation methods

(1) Incentive measures

(3) Incentive application deadline

After being submitted to the transportation authorities at the municipal and district levels for approval, the "Freight Pass" will be issued in accordance with the relevant procedures for urban freight passes in our city. 3. Organizational mechanism guarantee

4. Work requirements
First, freight operators must complete relevant work in strict accordance with the time nodes and ensure that the data and materials provided are authentic. Once the applicant is found to have committed fraud, false reports, failure to fulfill commitments, etc., once verified, the policy incentive will be terminated and the pass will be withdrawn.
