Recently, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation memorandum between GAC Energy and bp China was held at the GAC Center. Emma Delaney, Executive Vice President of bp Group, Richard Bartlett, Senior Vice President of Electrification and Mobility of bp Group, and He Xianqing, Deputy General Manager of GAC Group attended and witnessed the signing. Xu Xiaoyan, Vice President of Electrification and Mobility China of bp Group, and President of GAC Energy Manager Liu Zhihui signed the cooperation memorandum on behalf of bp China and GAC Energy respectively.
The two parties will actively explore the field of optical storage and energy replenishment networks, give full play to the advantages of both parties, jointly create market-leading high-end energy supply services, provide car owners nationwide with a better charging experience, and explore the Strategic cooperation opportunities in other related fields. The two parties will first use Guangzhou as a pilot to promote the rapid implementation of cooperation projects, and then gradually expand business to other cities outside Guangzhou and overseas.
Facing the future, GAC Energy always insists on introducing partners with an open mind, taking "electricity + battery" as the core, building an optical storage, charging and swapping energy supply network system and battery recycling ecology, researching on charging and swapping system technology, and promoting High-quality development of the energy industry will help achieve the country’s dual carbon goals.
